Project Social is a marketing consultancy run by Nicole, based in West Gippsland, Victoria. This policy explains, in plain English, what personal information I collect through this website, why I collect it, and how I look after it.
When you fill in my contact form, I collect your name, email address, phone number, business name and anything you choose to tell me in your message.
When you book a call through my booking tool, I collect your name, email and any details you add to the booking.
If you sign up to receive emails or download a resource, I collect your name and email address.
Like most websites, this site may also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device and the pages you visit. This helps me understand how the site is used.
I use your information to reply to your enquiry, book and run calls, provide my services if you become a client, send you emails you’ve signed up for, and improve this website. I won’t use it for anything unrelated without asking you first.
I never sell your information. I only share it with the trusted services I use to run my business, such as my website host, email provider, booking tool, email newsletter platform and spam protection service. They only use it to provide their service to me.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe. I choose providers with strong security and privacy practices.
I may also share information if the law requires it.
This site uses cookies to work properly and may use them to understand how visitors use it. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.
My contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. It checks whether a form is being filled in by a real person and may collect technical information about your device to do that.
I store your information securely and only keep it for as long as I need it, or as long as the law requires (for example, tax records). When it’s no longer needed, I delete it.
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
If you have a question about your privacy, or you’re not happy with how I’ve handled your information, email me at nicole@projectsocial.com.au and I’ll respond within 30 days.
If you’re still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
